I founded Mankad Property Group with the aim to help others achieve the same financial independence I've gained through the development of my own property and investment portfolio.
I bought my first investment property when I was 20-years-old while earning a $55,000 salary. I didn't come from money, but I've always worked hard so I saved as much as I could working multiple jobs until I could afford to buy my first property. At the time, I didn't have any specific property investing experience or knowledge, but I leaned into my intuition, which has always served me well.
Five years on, as a 25-year-old Chartered Accountant, I have a multi-million-dollar property portfolio spanning multiple states - built entirely on the same process that I now apply for my clients.
